2011 Business Plan Contest Announced

Rock County 5.0 released the details of their 2011 Accelerate Your Business Plan Contest. The Contest will feature an expanded contestant eligibility criteria, as well as an enhanced prize package valued up to $35,000! Murphy Desmond S.C. will serve as the Contest's Title Sponsor.

Whether thinking about starting a new business or expanding an existing product / service, consider entering the 2011 Contest. A series of topical workshops, augmented by mentor sessions, will provide contestants with the necessary skills and tools to survive the competitive business world. There is NO FEE to enter the Contest or to attend its workshops, which will be held at BTC's Central Campus.

Wondering how valuable this could be for you? Here is a comment from a 2010 contestant:

"Everyone who participated could be a winner simply by attending the terrific mentor sessions, working on their business plan and going to the workshops. This was a win-win situation for all participants."
