(Beloit, WI) – McKenzie Taxidermy Supply, based in Salisbury, NC announced that it will lease 66,000 SF located at 601 Henry Avenue. Property renovations will be performed by Hendricks Development Group (HDG), an integrated design, development and construction company that operates globally. With a real estate portfolio that exceeds 20 Million SF, HDG’s expertise canvasses the commercial, brownfields, industrial, mixed-used and residential markets. 


The addition of this Beloit facility, which increases McKenzie’s nationwide distribution centers to a total of six, will enhance the company’s overall logistics network. “After we identified the building, we worked closely with HDG on the vision that we wanted to achieve. The result was an efficient layout, a great location and a property owner that truly cares about our needs and those of our employees. We couldn’t be happier as Hendricks’ newest tenants”, said Dave Sachs, President of McKenzie Holding, Inc.
