The City of Milton added 182 acres to its Crossroads Business Park this week, by annexing three parcels ranging in size from 8-to-151 acres. Located in the southeast quadrant of the STH 26/59 bypass, this property will provide additional commercial and industrial development options. 

 

Approximately 20 acres out of the 182 acres will immediately become City-owned property, then the remaining acreage will be held in private ownership. Once the City completes its shovel-ready certification, this land will be covered by that designation. Furthermore, this property will fall within the City's Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District, as well.
