(Janesville, WI) – Professional Power Products, Inc. (PPI) announced their intensions to lease 50,000 SF at a vacant facility located within the City’s Beloit Ave. Industrial Corridor. This property - which formerly housed ThyssenKrupp’s assembly, design and test operations - offered a turnkey solution to meet PPPI’s growth and production needs. PPPI is a custom design and engineering firm that produces integrated power generation components, as well as equipment, for various global applications.

David Stone, CFO for PPPI, noted that, “This facility’s amenities, which includes high-bay ceilings and cranes, provides PPPI with product assembly, distribution and storage related capabilities.“ The building has a total footprint of 215,000 SF and is equipped with 25 overhead cranes that have capacities ranging from one-to-15 tons.

Bill Mears (McGuire Mears & Associates), in collaboration with Siegel-Gallagher brokers Chris Stecker and Bill Quinlivan, facilitated the PPPI lease.

According to James Ottestein, Rock County Economic Development Manager, “Despite the wake created by the recession, there are visible signs that the Janesville-Beloit MSA is recovering. With nearly 40 project announcements made during the last two years, we are extremely pleased with the area’s repositioning and revitalization efforts.”
