(Rock County, WI) Milton’s Crossroads Business Park has earned the Austin Consulting shovel-ready site designation, adding 100+ acres to the County's inventory of industrial and distribution property. With the addition of the Crossroads Business Park’s designation, Rock County has approximately 600-acres of independently recognized shovel-ready property – one of the largest concentrations throughout Wisconsin.

Located at the STH 26/59 Bypass, this Park features rectangular sites ranging from 18 to 50+ acres; Class II railroad service; a regional stormwater management system; and a highway interchange system that provides interstate type access / visibility. This Park, as well as other build-to-suit locations, was highlighted in a video released by the Rock County Development Alliance during its recent Real Estate Broker & Developer Open House.

To facilitate land sales within the County's shovel-ready Parks, real estate brokers licensed in the State of Wisconsin are eligible for commissions in the amount of six percent (6%). This commission is based on the gross listing price of the property, regardless of the actual "incentivized" sale price. According to James Otterstein, Rock County's Economic Development Manager, "These  offerings, combined with the steady stream of development projects and upward trending economic indicators, create a solid business case for the Janesville-Beloit MSA."
