Apara Care, announced that it will push the construction schedule for its 40,000 SF Cherry Tree Assisted Living facility to spring 2013. When completed, there will be 48 residential care apartments and 24 community based residential units. In addition to these housing units, which will offer varying degrees of memory care, the campus will include an administrative building and common area facility too. 

The project will be located between Beloit's Schuster Drive and Cranston road, respectively. This $5MM project is projected to add approximately 50 new jobs into the County's expanding health care industry sector. The anticipated opening date is slated for Q1 2014.
