(Beloit, WI) – Comply365, an innovative software design and development company, announced the relocation of its headquarters to the Ironworks Campus - located in downtown Beloit, WI. The company, which is leasing over 4,000 SF of office space, expects to increase both its footprint and employee count within the next three years.

The Ironworks Campus is a  750,000 SF mixed-use property and home to over a dozen companies that represent a range of industry sectors. The property is owned, managed and developed by Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC.

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation facilitated this project through a tax credit award. 

According to James Otterstein, Rock County Economic Development Manager, "With each technology-orientated project announcement, the Janesville-Beloit MSA continues to demonstrate that it's ready for these types of investments."
