(Janesville, WI) Badger Property Investments (BPI) will add another 100,000 SF industrial / warehousing building to the Janesville-Beloit MSA available property inventory. The project, which will be located in the City’s STH 11 Business Park at 200 Innovation Drive, will be designed to accommodate single or multi-tenants and have the capability of expanding up to 300,000 SF. Pre-cast concrete, 50′ x 50′ bays, 30′ clear height and the ability to leverage Federal Opportunity Zone benefits represent a sampling of this property’s features. 

This building represents the sixth industrial / warehousing project, during the last five years, which BPI has developed in the Janesville-Beloit MSA.

Angus Young Associates will be providing building design and engineering services, while Gilbank Construction, Inc. will be performing construction services. The property is listed with Bill Mears (Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates).

To facilitate the project, the City of Janesville approved a Tax Increment Financing package.
