The Alliant Energy Foundation is investing in Lite-Brite.

Last week, the Beloit Public Library announced that the foundation is giving the library a $35,000 grant to support its Discovery PLAYce project, which is the centerpiece of a more than $8 million library renovation. MORE INFO
