(Janesville, WI) Zilber Property Group (ZPG) is continuing its investment into the Janesville-Beloit MSA, by adding another 300,000 SF to its Janesville industrial portfolio. Construction is scheduled to begin Spring 2022, with an anticipated Q4 2022 market delivery date. This new industrial / warehousing facility, much like Zilber’s other Janesville investments, will be located in the City’s Beloit Ave. Industrial Corridor.

Over the last four years, ZPG – which is headquartered in Milwaukee and is the trade name that Zilber Ltd. markets its commercial real estate activities – has been very active in the Janesville-Beloit MSA. To date, the aggregate impacts of ZPG’s I-39/I-90 Corridor new construction and existing portfolio acquisition activities are approaching nearly two million square feet.
The City of Janesville facilitated this development by providing a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) package.
