(Janesville, WI) At this week’s Council meeting, the City approved a downtown Building Improvement District and a pair of Tax Increment Finance District packages to facilitate two hotel projects: a downtown Cobblestone Hotel and a Marriott Town Place Suites Hotel, which will be located near the USH 14 & I-39/90 Interchange at the Menard’s redevelopment site.
