(Beloit, WI) Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc., a family-owned real estate and auction company serving Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, will celebrate the opening of its new 55,000-square-foot facility at 615 E. Cranston Road in Beloit with a public grand opening on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. — marking a major expansion for the longtime Beloit company.

Designed around the needs of a modern auction operation, the new facility brings Beloit Auction & Realty’s showrooms, warehouse and auction preparation operations together under one roof.

The facility includes multiple showrooms along with expansive warehouse and operational space. A large, covered outdoor display area provides a dedicated space for vehicles, powersports equipment, machinery and other specialty items, while dual receiving garage bays and loading docks allow the company to efficiently handle a wide variety of merchandise.

The additional space significantly increases the company’s ability to receive, organize, photograph, display and market personal property while accommodating larger estates, commercial and industrial liquidations, business inventories and specialty collections. It also provides additional resources and capacity to support the company’s growing real estate auction and brokerage operations.
