Businesses are Encouraged to Participate in Salary & Benefits Survey

October 9, 2017

(Rock County, WI) – Businesses of all sizes, industry sectors and ownership structures are encouraged to participate in the 2017 Salary & Benefits Survey. The survey, which is a collaborative project between Rock County 5.0 and the Blackhawk Human Resource Association (BHRA), is a means to benchmark current pay rate information on a wide variety of jobs and the fringe benefit practices of employers throughout the greater Rock County area.

Astron Solutions, a full-service human resources consulting firm, will administer the survey through a web-based format; thereby, enabling participants the ability to complete the survey at their own pace. To comply with the Department of Justice Anti-Trust Guidelines, individual responses will remain confidential and only aggregate data will be reported.

A cross-section of the County’s business community will receive an email this week, from Astron, encouraging them to participate in the 2017 Salary & Benefits Survey. For those firms that do not receive this correspondence, interested participants can access the survey directly by visiting this link.

The deadline for submitting information is November 3, 2017 and the survey’s results are scheduled to be released the following month. For technical support and/or other related survey questions, participants are encouraged to reach out directly to Brendan Williams at (800.520.3889 Ext. 8884).
