Grant and Loan Funding Available to Help Businesses with COVID-19 Response, Recovery

(Rock County, WI) In response to COVID-19, the federal and state governments have released and/or expanded financial programming to assist businesses with their fixed costs during these unprecedented times. Additional details are provided below.

The U.S. Small Business Administration has added COVID-19 to its portfolio of Economic Injury Disaster Loan programs. Long-term, fixed-rate loans are available to assist businesses as they recover from the impacts of COVID-19. For additional information, contact WI’s SBA District Office and/or a local lender.

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation announced that it is offering $20,000 grants to small businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19. These grants will be administered through WI’s network of Community Development Financial Institutions. For additional information, click here.
