(Rock County, WI) The pace and pricing of homes in the Janesville-Beloit MSA continues to gain national attention, as the area was recently recognized for making another Top 10 list. According to Realtor.com’s review of pricing and transaction data between 2017 and 2021, which was reported by the USA Today, Rock County’s housing market is ranked #6 out of 300 peer MSA locations. The only other midwestern MSA to occupy a top ten spot was Lafayette-West Lafayette MSA.
