On Tuesday, the Beloit City Council approved two agreements for the Beloit Riverside Apartments project, which has been two years in the making. The Town of Beloit Planning Commission got its first look at a new 126-home subdivision by Next Generation Homes; and it was also voting on a site plan application by ClearSky Health of New Mexico and MedCore Partners of Dallas for a $30 million medical rehabilitation hospital.
